RENEW & RE-SET RETREAT

With Charlotte Montgomery

Sunday 23rd January.  10am – 1pm

Join me for a morning of true rejuvenation. Starting with an awakening Vinyasa Flow, we will then break for some gorgeous healthy snacks before immersing ourselves in a Cacao Ceremony to prepare us for our “Yoga off the mat Workshop”.
During this workshop we will delve into how we can continue to practice Yoga off the mat, looking at breathwork, meditation, the philosophy behind the lifestyle such as setting Sankalpa’s or intentions and what they really mean we will then finish by setting our Sankalpa for 2022 and creating a vision board to help us to achieve this, keeping it in our mind for the rest of the year, setting us up as we mean to go on.
Our time together will then close with a healing Restorative Flow & Yoga Nidra Session. Guests will also receive a goodie bag which has been thoughtfully curated to help you continue your journey at home!

FEBRUARY CLEANSE AND REVIVE

With Adele Offland

Saturday 5th February 2022.  11am – 1pm

Cost: £20 in studio / £10 on Zoom

How’s your January going?  Are you sticking to your Dry January?  Veganuary? New exercise regime?  Daily yoga and meditation?

All too often, by the time February comes around, our good intentions have started to wane a little and bit by bit we revert back to our habitual patterns.

Come and break this trend by joining me for a February Yoga Cleanse and Revive.

For those of you who know it  … its the good ol’ Detox sequence that I bring back again and again – simply because it is just ace – with a little tweek here and there to include new and exciting ideas and techniques I’ve picked up along the way.

Please come and join me for a Saturday morning of warming and cleansing yoga sequences, breathwork and relaxation.

If you can’t join us in the studio – you can always join us on Zoom!

Places in the studio are limited, so please contact me to book your space: adele@inhaleyoga.co.uk

YIN & RESTORATIVE YOGA

With Sofie Swindlehurst

Friday 11th February. 6:45pm – 8:15pm

Cost: £15

Yin is the calm, receptive opposite to dynamic yang.  Of course we need both but our swift-paced world tends to find life a little too heavy in yang!

Yin Yoga focuses on the connective tissues of the body using longer-held, more supported asana to open up tight, dense areas that can build up over time.  It’s great for those of us with slow-creep postural habits, those of us with specific sports goals and those of us who just want to take better care of our joint health.  By coupling with restorative, this practice brings generous relaxation and renewal.  Come revel in spacious stillness.

WHAT TO BRING:

Please bring props for practice whilst Covid protocols are in place at the studio.  Suggested – a mat, two yoga bricks and a blanket

To book, contact Sofie :07967820260 / hello@jordyoga.co.uk

YOGA CLUB

With Libby Pinkess

Saturday 26th March 2022.  11am – 1pm

Cost: £20

A fun and vibrant monthly workshop for those who have some yoga experience and are open to trying something new.

For those who have been before, you’ll know how the Yoga Club works, but for those of you who haven’t tried one yet, this is a 2 hour class which gives us not only more time to deepen our practice but is also all about you and your personal practice. So if you have a burning desire to try a certain asana (pose) or you just want to focus on working on a particular part of the body, then now is the time to ask! I will then plan each class around these requests. Every workshop is different as it’s designed by you.

To book, contact Libby:  libby@inhaleyoga.co.uk / 07976 283267
