YIN, RESTORATIVE AND YOGA NIDRA WORKSHOP

 

With The Yoga Family

 

Sunday 28th June  10am  12:00pm

Enjoy a rejuvenating Yin and restorative yoga practice. We will gently release tension from our bodies as we move through restorative yoga postures. We will use Yin Yoga postures to release deeper into the fascia and myofascia (the body’s connective tissues). This event is perfect for anyone feeling the physical and mental effects of stress. We will finish with Yoga Nidra, a guided deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra helps us to relax and can help those who struggle with their sleep.

What to expect: 2 hour yin/restorative yoga postures and deep guided relaxation

What to bring: Water, yoga/exercise clothes, jumper, socks, blanket (optional)

I am excited to share my first spiritual development workshop! I have created this workshop from my work as a Reiki healer and as a yoga teacher.
