We hope you have all had a wonderful Summer and are all ready to take on the World again, refreshed and rested. After the lazy languor of Summer, September is a time to put into practice all those promises you made to yourself whilst you were lounging on a lilo in the pool with a nice cold beer!

Time to go back to school, back to work and back to reality!

Interestingly, September is seen as time for organisation and a time to gather information and knowledge after the warmth of the Summer (maybe the British Education System is doing something right!)

So, if you were planning on learning Spanish after feeling out of your depth on your hols – now is the time to enroll on that course!

September is also a month of letting go. The Autumm Equinox is on 21st September and in the Pagan tradition, this is a festival of purification. A perfect excuse to rid yourself of anything that isn’t serving your purpose any more – de-clutter the house, de-stress the mind, shed a few pounds …?

There is no better way to start this time of letting go than through Yoga, a wonderful way to purify the body and mind. What’s more, there is no better place to start than with all the wonderful classes and workshops we have to offer here at InHale Yoga. There truly is something to keep you motivated every day, every evening and every weekend!

All classes will be back up and running by Monday 8th September but we are pretty much running a full timetable next week too – please take a look at the Summer Timetable posted on the Home Page just to be sure the class you want is on: http://www.inhaleyoga.co.uk/

Please note that from Monday 1st September, ALL Adele’s Lunchtime Yoga Classes will now be running from 1pm – 1:45pm (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays). Also, Baby Yoga has now moved to the earlier time of 11am – 12pm on a Monday starting next week.


On Fridays over the next few months we are going to be introducing some really nourishing and restorative yoga and meditation sessions to help you to learn to relax and de-stress.
Kicking us off in September is Szilvia with a deeply relaxing Yoga and Sound Bath. I went to the last Yoga and Sound Bath with Szilvia back in June, and it truly was an amazing experience that I think everyone should try and I can’t wait for this one!

Yoga and Sound Bath

Friday 12th September 6:45pm – 8pm

Cost: £12

A SOUND BATH is an experience that pampers your senses with sound and vibration. A deeply relaxing experience both physically and mentally, perfect to balance out the stress of your everyday life.

The term “Sound Bath” is used because you are “bathed” in the vibrations and sound of traditional Tibetan singing bowls, temple cymbals and chimes. During the Sound Bath you will lie on the floor, relax and just allow the sounds to wash over you. As your body resonates with the tones surrounding you, stress melts away and you begin to feel refreshed and re-tuned.

Using a gentle yoga practice to prepare you for the sound bath helps you to effortlessly ease into a state of relaxation, so that you can fully absorb the positive effects of the sound bath.

Unleash Your Inner Superhero!

It’s time to break free your superhero and unleash your inner power and strength! Victoria will be giving you a 2-hour total body tune up, working on strengthening the whole body from top to toe. As a little bonus, she will also be looking at some of her favourite arm balances and breaking them down in detail to enable you to work towards them whatever your level.

Birth Preparation Workshop

with Jackie Hudson & Kate Brunt

Saturday 6th September 2014. 1pm – 4pm

Cost £40 per couple (places limited).

A wonderful workshop that explores the of journey of labour for the woman and her partner with lots of useful tips about breathing and relaxation techniques; movement and postures; pain relief and even massage.
Suitable for women 30+ weeks pregnant and their birth partner.

Introduction to Ashtanga Class

Get Back into Your Yoga Flow

Ashtanga Yoga in Detail: Finding your freedom to flow

Chakra Vinyasa: A Prana Flow Yoga Workshop

Inner Goddess: Shakti Yoga Workshop

A creative yoga workshop that will focus on exploring a variety of practices from the Ha Tha and ancient trantrik system of yoga, offering a space to experience powerful and subtle techniques. Shakti Yoga is part of the Trantrik Yoga System and it is a method of empowerment and expression of the powerful potential of the Inner Goddess, connecting to Mother Earth in the form of the divine female, woman.

This inspiring, uplifiting and energising day will be expressive, creative and fun whilst offering a deep practice involving asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra and yoga nidra.

All levels of practice are welcome.
